By placing an order with Breasy, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing

We aim to process and prepare all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically packed within 1 business day of being placed, excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak periods such as product launches, promotions, or sales.

Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods due to increased order volumes.

Australia Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping: $11.70 AUD
Express Shipping: $15.20 AUD

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Express Shipping: 1–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and are provided by our shipping partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.

Pre-Order

If you purchase a pre-order item, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for estimated dispatch dates. Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date your pre-order is placed.

Peak Period

During product launches, promotional events, or sale periods, processing times may be longer than usual. Selecting Express Shipping speeds up the delivery service after dispatch, but it does not prioritise your order for packing. Orders are prepared in the order they are received.

Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Breasy. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve your Breasy before it becomes generally available. Your payment secures your order and your place in the dispatch queue.

Estimated Dispatch

We are expecting to begin dispatching pre-orders from mid to late August.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and your delivery location.

Please note that dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, or shipping delays. If there are any significant changes to your estimated dispatch date, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Depending on when you place your pre-order, it may take approximately 4–5 weeks for your order to arrive. Delivery estimates include both the pre-order waiting period and the shipping time after dispatch.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@breasybreathing.com.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been dispatched, it will be subject to our standard Return Policy.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time your pre-order is placed. This secures your reservation and allows us to prepare your order for dispatch.
