Breasys 3 Key Features

1. Sound

As you breathe out through Breasy, it creates a soft, wind-like white noise. This sound can help reduce distractions and make it easier to focus on your breathing.

For some people, especially those with ADHD, white noise can also help maintain attention by providing a consistent sensory input. It can help drown out background noise and create a calmer environment to focus on your breathing.

2. Physical Sensation

The exit hole is positioned so that airflow is directed towards your cheek while you breathe. This creates a gentle cooling sensation on the face, providing an additional sensory cue that can help ground you in the present moment.

Many people experience warmth or hot flushes during anxiety. The gentle stream of cool air can provide a comforting sensation while helping keep your attention focused on your breathing.

3. Feeling/Effect

When we slow our breathing, we're sending a signal to our body that we're safe.

This helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, often called our "rest and digest" system, which helps move the body away from a fight-or-flight state.

As this calming system becomes more active, many people notice reduced tension, a slower heart rate, and a greater sense of calm and control.

Step By Step

Before use please read out instructions for use here

1. Get Comfy

Sit, stand or lay in a comfortable position as you hold the device in your hand and seal your lips over the mouth piece and start to inhale and exhale deeply through the device.

2. Breathing

Breath through your mouth for 4,5 seconds and exhale for 5,6 seconds. To make inhalation easier remove one or more of the rubber stoppers. The more air holes that are closed the slower your breathing rate will be.

3. Take it easy

Breathing is not one-size-fits-all. Covering all of the airflow holes doesn't mean you'll get better results faster. Start at a breathing rate that feels comfortable for you and gradually slow it over time. The nervous system needs time to adapt.

4. Wash

Clean the device after use. Remove the base which clips off. Wash with warm water and mild detergent and rinse thoroughly to remove all dish soap. Allow the device to air dry completely.

Orders are expected to be delivered 4-8 business days after purchase for Parcel post or 2-5 business days for Express post.
